They might even be out of business--at least this is what I would assume from the lack of response to my multiple messages via phone and their customer portal. To say that this experience has been lack luster-to-bad is a disservice to both these descriptors. You may even have to beg this company to take your money before they deal with you. If "no stars" was an option here, that is the rating that I would give this company. Literally... thanks for nothing.
